Course Content - Advance Trainers Course in 4 levels. - Practical sessions by conducting demo classes. Skill Development • Enhancement and usage of language for effective Communication - Listen, Body language, verbal, written • Use of the Board, PPTs, Recordings, Videos etc. for the class. • How to break the ice with the Students. • Importance of using Metaphors and remembering student’s Names • How to acknowledge Students and their strengths, services and specialties • Handling late comers & phone calls in the class. • Theory, Discussion, Demonstration, Examples, Practice • Answering questions: Asking, Abstracts, Parking • How to handle Difficult students: Listening, Asking, Understanding, Using Humor • How to diffuse Tension in the class: Being Relaxed, Parking, Stories, Parables, Jokes • How to Plan a Training Session- Demo & Supervised practice session • How to summarize and conclude the class and impart ongoing supervision • How to generate students for Training • Marketing and Promotion of the Classes By the end of the training you will be • Proficient in Learning & Practicing Essential Training Skills- Planning & Conducting Effective Training • Understanding the Key Concepts, Principles, Techniques and Practices of Hypnosis • Including specific techniques that make demonstrations more powerful and effective • Developing a good approach to handle difficult situations, sessions and participants • Understanding ethical and boundary issues of teacher—student relationship • Entering into one of the most satisfying Professions of Imparting Knowledge & Skill development. Duration: 2 Months Certification: “Certified Instructor for Clinical Hypnotherapy" accredited by California Hypnosis Institute Gurgaon. Prerequisite: This program is best suited for Trainers, Health Professionals, Practitioners of Counseling & Psychotherapy, and Professionals in Health & Allied field. • Those who have completed all 4 levels of Clinical Hypnotherapy Practioner’s course from CHI Gurgaon and have been practicing for a reasonable period of years. • Those who have completed Clinical Hypnotherapy with practicing certification from other schools. 1. They will have to demonstrate their knowledge by clearing a test to be conducted by CHI Gurgaon. 2. Must have practicing experience of minimum of 2 yrs.
